This is an organizing meeting for folks that want to help strategically plant and preserve native green space to reduce temperatures while absorbing and retaining rain during flood events in Norfolk’s hottest neighborhoods.

The meeting will start at 5:45pm on Thursday March 30th at the Jordan-Newby Anchor Branch Library at 1425 Norchester Ave, Norfolk.
